Declaration of acceptance

I confirm that the information submitted by me on the application and any attached CV, any certification or testimonial regarding qualification or employment, is both truthful and accurate.

I have omitted no facts that could effect my future employment.

I consent to Regus Recruitment submitting any CV or documentation to a prospective employer in the course of locating assignments in a temporary or permanent position, except where I have expressed in writing not to do so.

I will inform Regus Recruitment immediately of any changes to personal details or of any circumstances which may effect my work i.e. health conditions, family issues, pending prosecutions or convictions or inability to attend work in the future.
