SECOND INTERVIEW

The second interview is usually a way of establishing if the interviewer’s
gut feelings about you are correct and they may bring others into the session in order to get further assessments and opinions prior to confirmation stages.

This is now your time to clarify with the interviewer any areas of doubt about the position you may have had in the past

You mentioned sick pay – when does the qualification period commence
Does your holiday allocation include or exclude statutory holidays
You mentioned bonus – could you clarify how your system works
How is bonus payable i.e 1 moonth in arrears etc?
How does your pension scheme work – what does your company contribute
What training do you think I would need?
I am taking a holiday of X weeks in(date)would that be a problem?
What changes are planned for the next 6 months?
Where do I fit in to this change?

If I am fortunate in being accepted – when would I know

Any areas of concern from either you or the client from the first meeting could be resolved at this point it is vital that you display a determination to win this position
