As a Temporary Worker, depending on which contract you are placed on, you will find that most Recruitment Agencies will engage (PAYE) you in a ‘contract for Services’

What this means is that the company you go to work for is called the ‘Client’ or the ‘Employer’

The Recruitment Agency is called the ‘Employment Business’
And to that end, ‘introduces’ you to the ‘Client’ for work

Irrespective of the fact that a Recruitment Agency processes your weekly wages, the ultimate responsibility for your Health & Safety, supervision and discipline is the responsibility of the ‘Client’ or the Employer
